Song Lyric Sunday…

I’m trying to get back into the blogging everyday so this was a good way to jump back on !!! Hope all of you are enjoying the fall…

I know I’m just like a little late, but you know what they say…Better late than yadayadayada. I always use Song Lyric Sunday to jump back into the blogosphere 😉 This week or last Sunday the prompt was, ” Communication, News, Telephone, or Information .” I alway use what comes to mind first or ask the husband, but the husband (aka known as my girlfriend, you know the person I call continually to share random daily info and such 😉 ) is at work. I came up with this one really fast, and yes it shows my age, but I will say I was the youngest of 4 so I’m not really that old. I remember this song was a fav of my sister, #2 in the birth order.

I am getting these prompt’s for SLS from https://jimadamsauthordotcom.wordpress.com/2021/10/17/let-me-make-it-to-the-telephone/ I’m not sure that is the original start of the SLS prompt’s and I’m sorry for that. It always amazes me how much I forget to about blogging when I start back…

Led Zeppelin/Communication Breakdown

The song I’m going with is, ” Communication Breakdown, ” by none other the metal group of the 70’s… 😉 Led Zeppelin <3 I know Matthew & Connor that this band is nothing like your Metal Groups, OMG but these guys were considered pretty hardcore back in the day ;0 !!!!

“Communication Breakdown”

Hey, girl, stop what you’re doing!
Hey, girl, you’ll drive me to ruin
I don’t know what it is that I like about you, but I like it a lot
Won’t you let me hold you, let me feel your loving touch

Communication breakdown
It’s always the same
I’m having a nervous breakdown
Drive me insane

Hey, babe, I got something I think you ought to know
Hey, babe, I wanna tell you that I love you so
I wanna hold you in my arms, yeah!
I’m never gonna let you go, ’cause I like your charms

Communication breakdown
It’s always the same
I’m having a nervous breakdown
Drive me insane

Communication breakdown
It’s always the same
I’m having a nervous breakdown
Drive me insane! Yeah!

Communication breakdown
(I want you to love me all night)
(I want you to love me all night)
Communication breakdown
(Whoa, ah, a whoa oh)
Communication breakdown
(I want you to love me)
(I want you to love)
Communication breakdown
(I want you to love, yeah)
(I want you to love)

  1. newepicauthor – Clermont, FL – My About Me section is meant to provide my readers with an honest picture of myself that gives a little bit of background information on who I am and I will wrap this up with a catchy image. I am a story teller and I like to use my imagination. I am interested in many things, but a few of my favorites are watching the NFL and playing golf. I do not like onions and I always make sure that my food does not contain any. I had two wonderful parents, my dad Herb Adams was a television repairman and my mother Mary Adams was mostly a stay at home mom. They are both deceased now and I miss them. I am a retired Electrical Engineer specialized in control systems. I held many different positions because I worked mostly as a consultant. I did work as a Substitute Teacher, for a while, but the kids were awful. I am happiest when I am writing, as this gives my life has a purpose. Forming a sentence with meaningful words that articulate my inner feelings is an everyday quest for me. Every writer needs to tell their story, and all writers have their own style. All stories starts off with characters, who are able to entertain the reader. Creating realistic lovable characters is the best way to tell a story. If you are able to develop characters that become real to you, then you will know exactly what they will do say and do next and this lets your story progress to the completion. Writing changes everything and having the calling to create something new through the power of words is much more than just making marks on a page. Once written, a book can be used by many people to learn and be entertained. The act of writing can be compared to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle as it contains an inherent fuzziness, because various people may derive different meanings from reading the same words. You can never know the true nature of written words and the best I can do is hope is that people will understand the meanings that I am trying to convey. There are no clear-cut laws on how to write and it is impossible for me to determine how my readers react to my books.
