This was his latest piece that he worked on during this past Spring.
The 2nd featured oil painting for today is an original piece. I thought it was kind of creepy but it really feels like the title. The title for this painting is, “Pandemic.”

Good Tuesday morning blogging family <3 Hope everyone had a great weekend. Our Chicago Blackhawks split the games this weekend. Patrick Kane got his 400th goal so that was fun to watch. Still no Toews though… Wonder what’s up with the Captain.
My rose did not make it through the snowstorm 🙁 The other one didn’t do much better either..
This was before the snowstorm and what it looked like through January …I think some music would fit nicely here…
The painter finished his Potatoe Eater’s/Vincent Van Gogh’s…It turned out really well don’t you think 😉 ….
He now has been officially published in the February Edition of Inspirations/Illinois Arts Council Agency…Galena Center for the Arts <3 .

Happy Monday, Blogging fam…Hoping everyone had the best weekend ever and that your team won yesterday. We had didn’t have a dog in the race so all we did was make fun food. I tried my hand at a, “Beautiful Board !!”
It was so good and sooo much fun to make. I added some Queso Dip w/Pretzel Bread and some little smoky’s with sauce, very delicious <3 .

Finally today we are still freezing and yes it’s snowing again but I’m indoors with the love of my life, the husband and this morning when we went out to get coffee I remember why I fell in love with him. We had our singing moment, love the singing brings me back to when we were a couple of kids just loving life. Here’s the song we were singing too, we each know our parts 😉 Enjoy

Just a few updates to share with my blogging fam…The Potato People is coming along…
The artist will be working on his painting this weekend b/c I’m sure we will be inside. It’s payday this week. That’s always a good thing. I’m getting my hair done with my very best friend’s tomorrow so looking forward to that.
I think I’ll add some music today. Music soothes the soul and can heal. Singing and dancing is the fabric of my life. It gets me through the worst of times <3 . This ones for you Connie <3 .
The “Vid” seems to be going away, imagine that. Who would have thunk that after President Trump was out of office, all of the sudden it’s gone. They really must thing we’re stupid, NOT…. I live in a blue state so for some reason they want us shut down still. I guess that fat old Pritzker wants to get as many of the fed’s dollar’s to waist as he can. I’m not going to think about him, I’m just going to focus getting out of here (Illinois) asap !!!! Move to a red state, and find some freedom and sanity while this is still America land of the free !!!!
Here’s a thought to think about. When your 20 years old, you have a heart <3 . When your 40 years old, you now have a brain 😉 . Thank God, I’m in the latter category 🙂 …

The Artist is still working on the Potato People i.e. Eater’s…Looking good so far. He keeps saying you have to remember this guy (Vincent) was a CooCoo Bird. I guess you might draw that conclusion from looking at this painting. I think you might have to dig a little deeper than that though. Here is how he’s progressing with Monday’s Masterpiece…

Happy Song Lyric Sunday fellow blogger’s…Todays prompt from Mr. Jim is, “Chat/Laugh/Rant/Scream/Talk.” Oh brother, here we go again, if it’s not broken, stop fixing it. WordPress has changed things around again, ughhh. I suppose I’ll learn it, after all what choice do I have. I digress, sorry. WordPress has made creating a link different but I figured it out. This is my song for today. It makes me feel a little bit old, but I have decided that is kind of a good thing. I have learned so much this far and when I think of things people have said to me, it makes me smile b/c I think I’ve been there, done that 😉 and I’m glad I’m past that place in time. I admit I never watched the movie and the song came from the husband…He’s a couple of years older than me, 4 years to be exact. He knows a lot of different songs so he’s a big help. I’ll give you a peak at Monday’s Masterpiece. He’s working on another one of Vincent Van Gogh’s first paintings. I keep calling it, “The Potato People.” Of course that’s not right it’s the, “Potato Eater’s.” 😉 …
