Forgiveness…

Today’s prompt is , a love song about “Forgiveness” I think I will be staying with my prompt from yesterday but move it a bit further down the road. Yesterday’s prompt was about Unconditional Love, and I used a song from the musical, “Les Miserable.”

Today I’m going to pull another from the same musical only it’s about forgiveness. The song is, “I Dreamed a Dream.” You should watch the whole youtube that I am posting, very cool having the casts from other shows of Les Miserables.

I’m sure I will see this musical again. Very powerful for people from all walks of life. It’s absolutely breathtaking. The husband has read the book/Les Miserable by Victor Hugo, and I think I’m going to have to put that one on my bucket list !!!! It’s a long one as is the musical. Totally worth it …

The prompt for todays is “ Unconditional Love Song“… between a father and his daughter. Great prompt Mr. Jim !!!! I found this one from one of my favorite‘s, “Les Miserables…” I’ve seen the musical live at least half a dozen times and I did enjoy movie theater version of it with Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman. This song was probably one of the top 3 for me…

Day is done…I must get out of the January Dumps. So here I am for the January Challenge. The prompt today is, “Phantom”. When I hear that word, I think of “Phantom of the Opera” yes the musical. This is from my old day’s of when I wore the hat of Musical Theatre Mom. It was a fun time of life for me and yes I do miss it. Also a great musical for sure, one of my fav’s. Happy Friday and let’s hope we don’t get a snow storm next week. I mean we’ve come this far with nary a flake of snow, so know you don’t get to make up for lost time next week. Snow go away.

Thankful Thursday

Happy Thursday and it really is. Having an amazing fall here in the Midwest, but we all know what’s coming…I really need to get out and get my tree pictures i.e. leaf peeping. I have seen a few that makes !!!!

I saw this today and I grabbed it with my phone. I loved it and making, “Lists”…Really I can’t do the day, any day, w/o a list. Top 3, To Do’s, Daily, yadayadayada. I’m sure you get the picture.

The weather has been prrrrfect up until yesterday but I think we’ll eek out a few more nice, sunny, warm days before everything goes south. I think they call it Indian Summer…I know, that you can only call it that after the 1st tracking snow. Yes, I’m also a weather geek…There really isn’t a season or storm that I don’t like.

Wednesday’s Words

Happy Wednesday everyone 😉 I hope all are well and getting through this madness. No worries, I’m pretty sure we will be over it sometime around November 4th … Just a guess 😉 … Yesterday I put the finishing touches on my writing space. I love it <3 !!! My Featured Picture is the finished product. As I said before I absolutely love it. It brings me such joy whenever I walk into my room and see it and sit down, “In my own little corner, in my own little chair and I can be whatever I want to be <3 !!!” Yes I know, it’s a bit wonky but it brings a smile as I remember this from way back in the day, when life was easy. Anything that can make you happy and bring you joy, do that !!!! Blessings Blogger’s <3 . Don’t forget to check out the widget on my header in the blog. I updated it, that was pretty challenging but really worth it. I don’t know how I even did it. Whatever, 😉 it looks good <3 . My people <3 .
