Happy Weekly Song Challenge, Round 28

The Rules:

  • Copy rules and add to your own post, pinging back to this post.
  • Post music videos for your answers to the musical questions.
  • Tag two people to participate!

Post a video of a song that reminds you of a loved one…I’m thinking that this is probably one of the songs that made me fall in love with the husband.  We are all about music and singing.  I remember hearing this song and not really paying that much attention to it or who was the artist singing until I watched him (the boyfriend now husband of 40 years, he didn’t know I was watching him sing or he probably would have stopped. He was shy like that but he likes to sing as do I) sing this song.  He just seemed very cool when he was singing.  He probably was smoking too as it was back in the day when we all did that and cigarettes were .50 cents a pack 😉   I didn’t say we were the smartest generation, but we were probably one of the coolest 😉 .

Post a video of a song that mentions a food or drink.  This one’s for you husband…I love you and it’s been real for the last 40 !!!  Let’s do this again for another 40 !!!  Happy, Happy Anniversary.  I’ll always be your girlfriend ❤ .

Post a video of a song that talks about rain or sunshine.  This was one of those disco songs from the 70’s I think…Loved to dance it out with this one ❤ .  I’m really going back in the day with this weekly song challenge …Maybe it was a simpler time for me and it just feels good like an old shoe or shirt.

I hope that enjoyed the music for today…It’s Labor Day Weekend, prayer’s and blessings for all down in Florida.  Be Safe and remember don’t try to reason with hurricane season !!!!  Summer’s over Mr. Knightlinger 😉 .  Oh and I’m tagging you and you.  Have a great Thursday ❤ .

  1. Love the sax in Turn the Page. I don’t remember the Cheeseburger in Paradise song at all. Donna Summer was terrific. Used to hear all her stuff when I was going to the clubs many moons ago! Have a great day, Patti.
