Happy Wednesday AtoZ Blogger’s…The AtoZ Letter for today is “O” for (O)rganization, which really is what the Planner is all about.  Lists, Appts.,Schedules, yadayadayada.  Where does all that information go.  If you try to keep in your brain, you probably don’t sleep to well.  The mind rests if you know you have written down all of your important stuff and know where it is to put your hands on it !!!  That’s the professional organizer’s definition of what being organized is…

(O)rganization does not only include the planner.  At some point in time you have to really do it, organize that is.  Spring cleaning jobs, financial/paying the bills & filing and office organizing.  I’m sure you get the picture.  The problem here is it can be tedius so you need to find a way to make it fun and I found the perfect way to do that.  Not only did I find the way to do it, I made one of the best friends in my whole life.  It was almost like providence.  God picked her up and sent her to my (crazy) life.

I found her through the local park district class.  She was a professional organizer, who knew organizing could be a career.  Her business was, “Joe Organizer.”  OMG she was amazing.  She would come over every week and we would organize (I had 4 kids, husband, 2 dogs and a cat).  The place was a bit edgy with 4 different schools, dance classes, driving.  I had no time for me or keeping 6 different schedules intact.  In comes Mz. Beth to rescue me and she did.  She earned her money with my world and taught me a lot to take along with me when my life slowed down.  Now it’s pretty easy and quiet.  I have a lot of me time and I love it.  Still so much to keep organized, but I think I have it down.  Of course if she came over, she might see it a little differently 😉  I love you, Mz. Beth ❤  Oh and she still does presentations through the park district and I try to pop in to see her every once and awhile.  I’m putting up her website link.  Who knows you might be close enough and you can sign up for one of her presentations.  She shows you how to take control of your life again and make living fun 😉

Here is my sweet friend Beth.  This was our 2nd royal wedding party at 3 am in the morning both times with all kinds of yummy things to eat.  Oh better than that we made some memories that are totally imprinted on our friendship heart ❤  We’ve been friends for along time.  I can’t even remember, but when we started organizing my youngest (Connie #4 son) was in kindergarten I think. Now he’s a grown man and getting married and her youngest wasn’t even in school yet and now she’s a sophomore in college I think.  So it’s been a long time…and I’m still organized ❤

  1. I love organizing. I did the “40 bags in 40 days” challenge a few years ago, and that helped me a lot. Then, after getting married, re-organized – and got rid of – all the doubles of everything. Then we moved overseas and got rid of A LOT! There is nothing sweeter than an uncluttered home and knowing that everything has a purpose and a place.
    Found you through AtoZ.
