Yes I did a word for the year. It is, “Mindfulness.” I thought it would be a good year to practice this. The definition of this is…”Mindfulness is the process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training.”
M I N D F U L N E S S
The reason I chose this word is I think will be good to learn how to do this. I worry to much about tomorrow, stress about yesterday. I think my life would be much happier if I learn how to stay in the moment. I’ll let you know where this journey is going to take me. I’m not following any directions on how to do a word of the year. I am just making up as I go along. I have already found a magazine on, “Mindfulness,” and I think that might be a good place to start.
