Okay so I had a really busy but productive day. I have to say I think it’s the planner. Whenever I write stuff down, it gets done. I got pretty much of Christmastime put away. Got my appointment’s scheduled for the week. Got to the bank and got the financial plan for the week (my least favorite thing to do) but that’s why I do it on Monday so the rest of the week will run smoothly, hopefully. Still have some more scheduling to do but there’s time.
I am starting a new blog. It’s called the painter’s wife (thepainter’swife). I hope you will go check it out. That is where I am going to be showing and writing about the husband’s paintings. He’s really very talented and we are trying to get the business up and running so we can shake off the corporate world and sail away with his artwork. It’s time, the kids are grown and we are tired of freezing for 6 months out of every year. We are trying to decide on where we want to live and what kind of house we should get. It’s fun starting over, but not really.
We definitely want to be by the Atlantic and south, but I don’t know how far south. These kind of things just have a way of working themselves out so I don’t give it too much thought. The husband always says why make plans, life usually happens when you are making other plans. It usually turns out that way, but I need to have some sort of outline at least. It’s the Artist, right-brain thing in him. I’m a 1 + 1 = 2 kind of girl and he definitely is more in the abstract like solving for X…But we make a really good pair and compliment each other ❤
Here is the link to my other blog, go check it out and tell me what you think. It’s a work in progress…
Here is the link for his Amazon account where you can see where he is selling his artwork at.
Below are some of his pictures that he has already painted. He sells prints, or framed and matted to your specifications. We already sold one and it was really cool. We sold a print of the “Portland Headlight.” Well signing off for now, tell me what you think. Blessings ❤
